OMG.. I work there at DCA Day Custodial and it was an honor for me to be part of this awsome parade. I was at the back with the other custodians cleaning the mess! This parade gets really wet! But it was fun. I love the music…so energetic! Best parade ever!!!

The “Bug’s Life” unit is finally back in the parade, but the float is shorter now.
Due to safety concerns, they got rid of the swings. Flik and Atta are still on the float though.
Oh good!! I was there last weekend, and it wasn’t back yet. I will have to check it out again.

You do castodial work? I work in attractions =) For those who don’t know, that’s rides.
This parade does get VERY wet, I’d advise all with digital camera’s to stay away from the front row. 0_o
But I always wanted to be in this parade. =)
